Testing Policies

Pricing
Please contact SPSmedical for specific test and validation pricing. Samples which require special handling or additional testing may incur additional charges. SPSmedical will provide price quotations after evaluation of the samples or product documents, such as operator’s manuals or other written materials. Prices include submission of a final report and two copies. Requests for overnight delivery, sample returns, FAX service and archiving of samples may require additional fees. Prices are subject to change without notice, but price quotations are normally valid for 60 days.

Payment Policy
A 50% prepayment is due before work can begin. The balance of the study cost is due when the final report is issued. Any balances past due over 30 days must be brought up to date before any new work from Sponsor can be accepted. We accept wire transfers or checks drawn on U.S. banks. For questions regarding credit application or wire transfer routing, please contact our Accounting Department. We accept MasterCard®, and Visa® credit cards for payment of invoices. Please contact our Customer Service or Accounting Department for full details or to set up your credit card account.

Consulting Services
SPSmedical offers consulting services at a rate of $125.00 per hour. Our services include GMP/QSR applications and regulations, sterilization validations, packaging material validations, product development, and FDA regulations. Shipping and Handling
At the sponsor’s request, samples can be returned after testing. All samples will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Please contact Customer Service if you have any special requirements or specifications for sample return.

Minimum Charge	$15.00 + shipping cost
Minimum Special Handling	$25.00 + shipping cost
Minimum Overnight Charge	$15.00 + shipping cost

Terms
Invoices are due on receipt. Fees are subject to change without notice. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month may be added to accounts past due by 30 days.
