	Chuck Hughes, General Manager/Educator Certified as a Health Education teacher, Chuck has worked over 20 years in the manufacturing industry in areas of R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Microbiology, Marketing and sterilization training. A member of AAMI, IAHCSMM, OSAP and the 1999-2000 WHO'S WHO, Chuck has extensive lecturing experience to medical device manufacturers and healthcare organizations throughout the United States and Internationally.
	Mariann Hughes Mariann obtained a Masters Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently a committee member on the CAC for IAHCSMM. She is also actively involved in the AAMI organization, which writes industry standards. Mariann has extensive experience in the fields of infection control, surgical instrumentation and sterilization. She routinely travels throughout North America performing courtesy audits for hospitals and surgery centers to assist in compliance with National Standards
	Sarah Coleates Sarah obtained a bachelors degree from St. John Fisher College and served as the Ex-Officio Director for the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes Region IAHCSMM Chapter for 4 years. Sarah has extensive experience in the fields of infection control, surgical instrumentation and sterilization. She routinely travels throughout North America performing courtesy audits for hospitals and surgery centers to assist in compliance with National Standards.
	Matt Beauchaine Matt is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and currently travels the country educating end-users on the proper techniques for reprocessing medical instrumentation as supported by our American National Standards. Matt is a corporate member of the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management as well as the ASC Association and shares a passion for the prevention of HAIs.
