	Chuck Hughes, General Manager/Educator Certified as a Health Education teacher, Chuck has worked over 20 years in the manufacturing industry in areas of R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Microbiology, Marketing and sterilization training. A member of AAMI, IAHCSMM, ASHCSP, OSAP and the 1999-2000 WHO'S WHO, Chuck has extensive lecturing experience to medical device manufacturers and healthcare organizations throughout the United States and Internationally.
	Mariann Hughes, Director of Sales & Marketing Mariann obtained a Masters Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and serves on the 2007 ASHCSP educational committee. Mariann has extensive experience in the fields of infection control, surgical instrumentation and sterilization. She routinely travels throughout North America performing courtesy audits for hospitals and surgery centers to assist in compliance with National Standards.
	Sarah Coleates, Corporate Account Representative Sarah obtained a bachelors degree from St. John Fisher College and serves as the Ex-Officio Director for the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes Region IAHCSMM Chapter. Sarah has extensive experience in the fields of infection control, surgical instrumentation and sterilization. She routinely travels throughout North America performing courtesy audits for hospitals and surgery centers to assist in compliance with National Standards.
